Eastern Indiana Works
Led employer engagement strategy across a nine-county workforce region, engaging approximately 1,000 employers and supporting the development of talent pipeline initiatives and workforce programs aligned with regional economic needs.
Do-It-Yourself Lowell
Served as Executive Director for a grassroots nonprofit focused on civic engagement and community-led programming, overseeing organizational strategy, fundraising, program development, and the implementation of community-driven initiatives.
Career Discovery Guide (14-County Initiative)
Developed a regional career exploration tool supporting school districts, career coaches, and employers in strengthening career readiness and employer engagement across a multi-county workforce region.
Keep Indiana Learning – Industry Experiences
Designed and supported the development of experiential learning programs connecting educators, employers, and workforce partners across East Central Indiana.
